solEX NG – Single Screw Extruder

The solEX NG (NG = Next Generation) series has been designed for absolute high-performance applications. Based on the proven solEX range, its core processing components have been newly designed. The solEX NG complements battenfeld-cincinnati‘s extruder portfolio in the high throughput range with larger machines that are particularly well suited for large diameter pipe extrusion.
- Sizes: 60, 75, 90 and 120 mm
- Outputs from 750 to 2,500 kg/h (1,650 – 5,000 lb/hr)
- Retrofit of processing unit possible for solEX models, retaining the same output levels
- Positioning of motor/drive system in U or Z configuration
